Yes. Many of our clients live abroad. One person is responsible for your project on the island and keeps you informed with photos and reports.
The architects and technical architects we work with. They design the project, prepare the technical documents and supervise the works. For pools and larger projects you see a 3D design before the works start.
Yes. We prepare the documents and apply for the licences at the town hall for you. Your quote says which licence your project needs and how long it usually takes.
Yes. Partial works such as a terrace, new floors, painting and tiling, windows, electrics or plumbing get the same team and the same standard.
